Case study - Product Outsourcing
This project was for an international pharmaceutical company, where GINESIO PLUS had an exclusive contract to promote already known products in the field of allergy. Regarding this particular project, GINESIO PLUS created and implemented the entire marketing strategy for the promotion of the portfolio. All steps were confirmed by the client and were in accordance with the law and ethical codex.
The sales team consisted of a total of 8 reps which targeted allergists.
After nine month of promotion of the portfolio, GINESIO PLUS exceeded base line by 20 million CZK, and this project became one of the most successful projects in the history of GINESIO PLUS.
