Case Study - Outsourcing of Sales Teams


International pharmaceutical company has invited us, among other companies, to a tender regarding a wide portfolio of products, which the client wanted to divide between 5 different outsourcing companies. In the pilot project, he/she wanted to test qualities of each company, and consequently select the best one of them, which they would give the entire portfolio. GINESIO PLUS received less known product supporting vascular per fusion, and targeted GP. Although there was an additional payment on the product, GINESIO PLUS still increased sales of the product, and moreover showed high quality of the team and the area sales manager, which the client tested via product exams and double calls. Excellent communication and 100% transparency regarding the project, were part of the partner´s decision to give GINESIO PLUS, the whole portfolio, after 6 month of cooperation, which included areas of antibiotics, hypertension, and other. This year GINESIO PLUS starts a third year of successful cooperation with this client.
