GINESIO PLUS a.s. was established in 2003 with its corporate mission to offer, pharmaceutical businesses in the Czech Republic, service of outsourcing of sales representatives, which was not commonly practiced before the year 2003. In this time, the entrepreneur idea was rather ambitious since the service of outsourcing of sales representatives was applied only in countries of Western Europe.
The director of the company, PharmDr. Jaroslav Aubrecht, applied his acquired skills from various managerial positions while working for multinational companies, and from the beginning he set high standards in the company, which are still to this day accepted and approved by many pharmaceutical companies.
During the first 5 years, GINESIO PLUS became a leading provider of outsourcing in pharmaceutical industry regarding the number of completed projects as well as the number of sales representatives provided.
Since 2008 GINESIO PLUS acts also in Slovakia.
In February of 2015 GINESIO PLUS celebrated 12 year anniversary. Pharmaceutical companies in the Czech Republic now use outsourcing of sales teams regularly and therefore GINESIO PLUS fulfilled its vision, and still specializes in offering high quality services today in the Czech republic as well as in Slovakia.
GINESIO PLUS is a 100% Czech company, owned by a Czech shareholders, PharmDr. Jaroslav Aubrecht and his wife PharmDr. Dagmar Aubrechtova. The main aim of the company is to make its clients satisfied and provide more than just a service - an experience. GINESIO PLUS was evaluated by top business managers as a flexible company with high level of ethics and quality of representatives.
Even though the company has fulfilled its initial vision, it does not stop improving. Managers at GINESIO PLUS create new strategies and think of new possibilities and ways to make the service even more comfortable or luxury for a client. Some of the innovations of 2015 are: a new CRM system, new training through GINESIO ACADEMY, and many others. The new vision of the company is to raise the overall quality of outsourcing to such level which equals with internal teams of pharmaceutical organisations.
